Red Fang Air Guitar Battle for World Domination Rules

Official contest rules and entry registration for "The Red Fang Air Guitar Battle for World Domination" to be held Tuesday, October 25th at Dante's, Portland, OR.

YOU MUST BE 21+ TO COMPETE!!!

This contest is limited to 50 contestants.

CONTESTANTS MUST ARRIVE BY 7PM TO SIGN IN!

Participants will be required to sign a release to be in the music video in order to be entered in the contest.

Each contestant shall perform one air guitar piece of his or her choosing up to one minute in length. You should also be prepared to perform approximately one minute of the Red Fang song "Hank is Dead," starting at 1:16 into the track. You can download the song here.

Bring the song you want to perform on a CD or MP3 to the battle with you.

Costumes and unusual attire are accepted and encouraged - it is practically Halloween, after all! No clothes with large corporate logos: Nike, Addidas, etc will be allowed.

Air guitars only. No "prop" or "fake" guitars can be used, just what mommy gave you. But of course, along with every air guitar, you'll probably need some air effects pedals, air guitar cases, etc.. Use your imagination and energy, people!

You will be judged on originality, theatrics, energy, crazed hysteria and nudity (just kidding, did I say nudity?). Be awesome -- lets show the world Portland is the most metal rocking town on the planet!!!!
